CANCELLATION POLICY

A credit card will be required to book all services in order to reserve your appointment time.

I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Your card will not be charged unless you fail to comply the cancellation policy

NO SHOW POLICY

If you no call/no show to your appointment, you will be charged for your scheduled service in full!

CHANGE OF SERVICE POLICY

A charge of service is any adjustments to your already scheduled appointment. To make a change to the service, I require a 24-hour notice. If you choose to change your service within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the original scheduled service.

CHILDREN/ADDITIONAL GUEST POLICY

Please note that even though our space is quite large, we can only service one guest on the salon floor at a time. Any additional guests/children10 years and under are welcome to join you as long as they are accompanied by an additional adult to provide childcare while you receive your service.
