CANCELLATION POLICY

I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations or change of services within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you no call/no show for your appointment, or it is less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged for your scheduled services in full. Your card will not be charged unless you fail to comply with the cancellation, change of services and no show polices. These policies will help ensure I am able to book those who are on my wait list appropriately. Thank you!

CHILDREN/ADDITIONAL GUEST POLICY

Please note that even though our space is quite large, we can only service one guest on the salon floor at a time. Any additional guests/children 10 years and under are welcome to join you as long as they are accompanied by an additional adult to provide childcare while you receive your service.
