CANCELLATION POLICY-

For all new guests, I require a credit card deposit. If an appointment is not canceled within 24 hours, or no shows - hair service cost will be charged on the credit card on file.

CHILDREN/ADDITIONAL GUEST POLICY

Please note that even though our space is quite large, we can only service one guest on the salon floor at a time. Any additional guests/children 10 years and under are welcome to join you as long as they are accompanied by an additional adult to provide childcare while you receive your service.
